We strive to help you find products that match your communication needs and abilities. Please feel free to contact Customer Care with any questions about how to use our products or for suggestions regarding your personal situation.
All our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a 30 day trial period to ensure that our products meet your caregiving needs. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive from Giving Greeting Publishing for any reason, please contact us and we will either replace or refund your purchase. Custom products excluded.
Return/Refund Policy - 30 Days to Try
We want you to be satisfied with our products and we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with the product you receive, please contact us prior to 30 days and we will either replace or refund your purchase.
Simply return your unwanted product in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange your product or credit you for the full cost of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Some special order items may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Downloadable products can be returned for store credit. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because some of our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer store credit only.
We are human and occasionally we make a mistake. Errors in personalization due to our mistake will be corrected to your satisfaction at no charge. We cannot accept returns of custom, personalized merchandise including name stamps.
Please note: Digital and SALE items are not returnable.
Placing Your Order
Secure Online Ordering: Our website is managed by BigCommerce and provides for secure online ordering using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal. Your card will be charged only when your order is being processed just prior to shipping. You may see a temporary credit hold on your account but this will go away once the charge is processed. Custom orders will be charged in full to begin work on your project.

Order by Phone: You may order by phone by calling toll-free 1-866-544-9540, M-F 9am-5:00pm EST. VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted with phone orders.
Order by Mail: Mail your order including shipping to Giving Greetings Publishing, P.O. Box 456, Sudbury, MA 01776-0456 USA. Make check payable to Giving Greetings Publishing. Please include a contact email or phone number with your order. You may send your order without payment and we will send you an invoice. Return this invoice with payment to receive your order.
Order using a Purchase Order or Check: We accept purchase orders from schools, hospitals and other organizations. For fastest response, please email orders to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail hard copies to Giving Greetings, PO Box 456, Sudbury MA 01776. Download our W9 form or send a request to email@example.com.
Order payments are processed when ready to ship. We accept valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX securely accepted online. We also accept payment via PayPal.

All prices are shown in $US or as selected. Our order minimum is $10.00 and an online or offline payment method must accompany your order.
We are a caregiver-run organization where customer support is our top priority. We ship from our Boston area office 6-days a week. Products are generally shipped in 1-2 business days after receipt of your paid order. Please allow an additional 2-8 days for delivery. You will be notified by email if there is an exceptional delay, if a product is out of stock or will be arriving in two shipments.
We ship using US Postal Service First Class Parcel service, Media Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail services. We can also ship UPS upon request.
We understand that your need may be urgent so we provide several delivery speed options. Please leave any shipping requests or instructions in the Comment box when you place your order. Or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make any special arrangements.
Shipping Outside the United States
We are happy to send orders to customers outside the US. Our website calculates prices shipping from the US to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. An additional shipping charge may apply depending on the shipping method and destination country. International orders may also incur additional VAT and duties depending on the destination which are not included in the shipping charges. Any customs fees and duties for all orders shipping to international locations are the responsibility of the recipient.

We reserve the right to update you about shipping cost changes for your order and you can approve (or not) prior to shipping. Please contact Customer Care to obtain a shipping quote prior to ordering online. Or we will contact your after you place your order with the shipping quotation for your approval.
Package Delivery Issues
We use USPS delivery services for most orders and can provide you with tracking information. If your order shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please check with family and neighbors to see if they picked up the package for you. You can also check with your local post office, give them the tracking number and they can track the exact delivery location using GPS. If this does still not find the package, please contact us and we can file an insurance claim for a stolen package. You may be asked to file a police report. We will issue you a refund or replacement when these alternatives have been tried unsuccessfully.
Making a Return
Please mail your returning items in unused condition to us at Giving Greetings Publishing, PO Box 456, Sudbury MA 01776. Please enclose a copy of the order packing slip with your order so we can credit the correct order. Please refer to the slip enclosed with your order for return instructions. Please allow 5-10 days for credits to appear in your account.
If you no longer need a used product, we encourage you to donate it to a local nursing home or hospice organization. Thank you.

Online Security Promise
Giving Greetings and our online store, www.SayitwithSymbols.com, is secured using BigCommerce's latest SSL secure encryption technology. Credit card information is only kept online for 7 days after your order. All customer information is stored on BigCommerce secure servers and is not visible to Giving Greetings staff.
Orders for any customized products, including name stamps, will be charged upon receipt in order to initiate design of the item. Errors in personalization due to our mistake will be corrected to your satisfaction at no charge. We cannot accept returns of custom, personalized merchandise including name stamps.
We do not change sales tax for online orders shipping outside of Massachusetts. Sales tax of 6.25% is automatically added to your order shipping within Massachusetts, in compliance with state law. Tax-exempt organizations are exempt from sales tax when a tax-exempt number or certificate is provided with your order.
Giving Greetings communication aids make a thoughtful gift for patients or people recovering with speech disorders. Be sure to check the Gift Wrap option at check out to package your gift in colorful paper and ribbon. Recipients receive a packing list only that does not include prices. We can ship directly to your gift recipient using the Ship To address. Simply include the recipients Ship To address when completing the order form. We also offer Gift Certificates so your users can select their own items. These are available in denominations of US $10.00.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not publish a printed catalog but keep our website up to date with the newest products and special offers. Sign up to receive period emails with new product announcements from the bottom of our home page.
Sales and Special Offers
Giving Greetings periodically emails informational emails and offers to our customers and prospective customers. Customers are automatically included in our email list. Interested customers can get on the list to receive announcements by providing your email address in the box on the bottom of our home page, or by sending your email address to Customer Service. Also see the Sales & Discount section on our website.
Stop Receiving Marketing Emails
You can remove yourself from our emailing list in two ways:
- Use the Unsubscribe option included in every email promotion you receive from us.
- Send an Unsubscribe message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
